Scope and Contents The collection contains concert programs, correspondence, photographs, press clippings, ensemble arrangements, and books associated with the New York Harp Ensemble (NYHE). Earliest materials are from 1954, but a majority are from 1970 to 1997, the years of the NYHE's existence. There are also videos and audiocassettes related to Aristid von Würtzler, the director of the New York Harp Ensemble. Contains a variety of materials collected by L. DeWayne Young over his years as a folk dancer and instructor. The resources include festival handouts, programs, cultural information, histories of folk dancing, information on fellow folk dancers, and instructional resources. These resources take the form of news clippings, video materials, published and unpublished texts, pamphlets, posters, periodicals and some correspondence. Dates range from 1940-2014.

Bernard Zaslav papers on the viola

This collection contains Bernard Zaslav's papers on the viola which consist of solo and chamber music scores, his own compositions and arrangements, and correspondence with other musicians. The collection also includes photographs and other promotional material for his performing groups. Dated approximately 1770-2014 with the bulk of the materials being from approximately 1900-2014.
